Next I received an interview questionnaire that had to be completed and sent back within 180 minutes.
24 hours after completing the questionnaire I received a job offer however, the email listed two different positions, part of the paragraph didn’t make sense, and the HR email they provided was not legitimate.

Our company wishes you the best. Should we think that your skills and experience might enhance our creative team and aid Index Exchange in expanding and developing more globally?
In addition, before receiving the employment offer letter, you will meet with the HR representative online to go over the employment eligibility procedure and to explain your day-to-day activities in greater detail.
