This number called saying I had signed up for their data service, and that I needed to let them guide me through their system with cp. Insisting owed them $299.99. Obviously wanting to get you to their system to either infect comp, or to get you to agree to pay their fee, by tricking you into signing up by way of their "guiding". I have seen on line where this number is attached to a number of scams, IRS scam, an arrest warrant scam, and a SSN scam.
