The product was advertised on sale. Once the order was placed I received a tracking number from an international courier but the package was never delivered. I followed up with customer service ([email protected]) and the response was prompt and promised to resend a new package. When that second package wasn't received they asked again if I wanted it to be resent or a refund be given. I opted for the refund but that also never was processed or received. All I have received in response is a scripted reply and a fake refund picture. They could not supply me with the refund receipt or confirmation number.

I ordered Judy Bloom jeans and their website said they were located in the United States. But it took 29 days and it came from China. I never received my package and they claimed they would send me another one and i didn't receive anything. My coworkers also ordered from them and didn't receive anything. Though they are claiming it was delivered.

Purchased jeans from a website called Judy blue. Took over a month to say it was “delivered” but it was in fact not. The company blamed me for putting in the wrong address but I did not. I used the correct address then they said the carrier would not file a missing package and they would only refund me 60% of my purchase or resend the items. I asked them to resend the items and now I have not heard from them at all.

On 11/19/23 I saw an ad for Judy Blue clothing items on clearance. I placed an order and received a confirmation email of my order and a summary. I then received another email with a link to track the package a couple days later. The tracking link showed the package being delivered on 12/23/23, which it was not. I reached out to report the package has not arrived. this was met with an email asking me to let them replace the items in the order, with expedited shipping, and would arrive in 7-14 days. I agreed and told them i was filing a complaint against them. Nothing has been received and not expected too. The tracking link has come from two different places 818track.com and 718track.com
