Sondors Inc is FRAUD

On November 18, 2022 I submitted my final payment of $700 to Sondors Inc to finalize the 2022 delivery of my 2022 Sondors Metacycle. This payment was solicited by Sondors at the ‘Paperwork, Processing and Destination Fee.’ This was to be the final payment, after having already paid $6300.05 via Partial.ly, a payment servicer outsourced by Sondors Inc. That’s over $7000.00 paid for a product from Sondors Inc, that I have yet still to take delivery of. THIS IS FRAUD. Sondors Inc has ignored numerous attempts from me at trying to get updates on my delivery.

I currently have no definitive delivery date, though I was sold a product and promised in writing that it “ships in 2022.” My most recent correspondence from Sondors Inc was on June 25, 2023, furthermore assuring me that my delivery is coming up very soon. Only to now have months go by, and I can’t even get a response from Sondors Inc at all–regarding my order. They have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I have sent hundreds of emails to Sondors Inc since June 15, 2023 and I get no response.

This reeks of scam. Have you looked into Sondors Inc? Minimal research should easily conclude that their business practices are less than ethical. Thousands of fully paid Metacycle owners have not received their bikes (that are now years late)

Sondors has been manufacturing and selling electric bicycles. Earlier last year, they announced the launch of Metacycle an electric motorcycle for 5,000 offering delivery by Q3, 2021. They took $100 as deposit and I had placed a deposit on April 3rd, 2021. Since then they have been providing false promises and no sign of release or delivery of the electric motorcycle. Their advertisements have been deceiving. Many consumers have reported their lies and irresponsiveness or delays to queries and delay to any possible delivery schedule. Their current advertisements lure consumers to pay full money upfront and does not offer refund past 14 days of booking one. I was asked to pay in full or part that includes financial charges to secure the order however they do not committ to a delivery date. They in fact do not have any manufactured yet and suggest the delay is due to supply chain and covid issues. Their ability to deliver anytime in 2022 is not fact based. Their sales practice is very questionable and there are a number of Facebook groups where consumers complaint about the unethical practices of the company. They do not follow fair trade policy and their practice requires investigation before hundreds of users end is loos of their deposits.
