I purchased what they advertised as boots on their website from an Instagram ad for 78.00 around 12/28/20. The boots arrived in a size that could not fit any adult, so I took a picture of the item and returned it asking for my refund. 5 emails later and 5 months later, I have yet to receive my refund or any response from them at all.
