I purchased an item and the account said you should received said item in 2-3 days. I ordered on June 16th, no shipping email, no phone number, I’ve contacted them a few times with no response.

Purchased a sonic dental appliance cleaner online, received a 72 cent charge from visa for international purchase. The website says no where that is out of the country. There is no phone number or physical address listed on the website. The item was shipped from Texas. Upon arrival the item did not work as described. I contacted the company via email and they said that per their return policy they will not return/refund opened items. I asked how I am to evaluate if it works or not as described In the return portion of the website. I filed a report with visa. I left negative reviews on their social media accts which they deleted and blocked me. I then received an email asking me to send a video of the item operating with the lid closed for them to evaluate. I asked how can they evaluate if the item is closed? They didn’t rely. I emailed them the video this am, with the lid closed and they immediately replied saying it was operating correctly and that they reason I don’t see bubbling like in the website video is bexusee they digitally alter the videos. So they falsely advertised on their website. They also never were able to visual the inside of the machine working becuase they wanted the lid closed. That’s like asking to see if a washing machine is working with the lid closed?!
