Etremefitshops advertised a free sample of Garcinia Cambodia (weight management formula) in the Facebook and asked my credit card for $4.95 on 2/15/17. Following this transaction they kept charging my credit card every month beginning on 3/02/17 for $98.95, 3/18/17 for $93.95, 4/18/17 for $98.95, 5/19/17 for $89.99 and 6/19/17 for $89.99. I all returned their products and still they kept charging my credit card.

I called their office and asked to cancel and reverse the charges but refused saying that I agreed to the terms and condition when I asked a sample which I disputed. I got a copy of the terms and conditions through my credit card, what they are saying is that I agreed to have a free trial of Green Coffee but it was not the green coffee that I ordered for a sample but the Garcinia Cambogia product I did not authorized charging my credit card, they could have billed me instead. I did not get a confirmation or verification for the charges
