Introduction of Sonixsmiles, a leading provider of oral and dental products. They are expanding their reach through social media and looking for a content creator to make UGC content featuring their product. Provided Instagram link and asked if interested in cooperating.

Expressed interest in collaboration. Shared rates for UGC content: $300 for a video, UGC photos as an add-on, and distribution and usage rights at 30% of the video rate per month. Provided social media metrics and previous experience.

Appreciated the interest. Directed Brandi to review the Project Guidelines and asked for her full name if interested in moving forward with the contract agreement.
