My bottle arrived about 2 weeks later in a box with no packing slip or any other paperwork.
Again, no mention that this was a “trial subscription” that I would have to cancel.
When my bank statement arrived and I saw that there was a charge of $89.84 on 7-08-20 from Ever Lasting Nutritional Health Oil, I called them. On 8-01-20 I spoke to Brianna and she said I should have cancelled my subscription within 14 days. Please note that the 14 days must have started from the date of the order, not from the date the product was received, based on when they charged my account with the $89.84. In reality, the “trial subscription” does not allow you to try out the product.
I told her I never signed up for a subscription and this charge needed to be removed. She said it was spelled out in the “terms and conditions” area of their website, which was never brought to my attention. Brianna then offered to credit my account $40.00. I told her this was not acceptable and I would be filing a dispute with my bank.
After this happened, I checked out the company on the Better Business Bureau website and saw that I was not the only one taken in by this scam. There were over 200 complaints. (attached is the ScamPulse.com report on this company)
I feel that I have been scammed and should receive a full refund of my $89.84.
