Same thing, same scam as all the others, Sonoma Valley it says on the bottles, three different items. Today's bank shows I was charged a total of 274.60 + the three shipping charges totaling 294.85. I have a dispute into credit card company. Oh yes, two of the items have the same phone number and the other another.

I saw an advertisement for a "Free Trial" of Sonoma Valley CBD drops/capsules online. To receive it, one simply pays shipping for each. There is NOTHING mentioned in the ad, nor in the shipment stating that once you receive the sample that in so many days you will be charged for additional shipments. Now, people are being charged almost $90 for each product and fighting to cancel the auto membership.

Sonoma Valley CBD oil offered a free trial bottle with a $6.84 shipping charge that i had to pay. i read where they would then be charging $89 and change each month unless cancelled within so many days. i had placed this free trial order on 6/22/2020. i cancelled just a few days later after receiving product. the description and daily amount and all the other info was so so small on the bottle i couldn't read anything. so i wasn't even sure what i was getting. when i called a few days later to cancel the rep asked me why and i told him i could not afford that much each month. he then offered it to me at 19.99 a month. i happily agreed to that cuz it was a BIG deal. but after agreeing to it again i tried to look up ingredients to be sure i was even getting what i was supposed but could not find anything that stated what was in this CBD oil. but i couldn't beat the $19.99 monthly price. i would see if i noticed any affect, as i have been on CBD oil bought locally. on july 9th i was charged $19.99 on my card. i thought this was for the next order so i awaited my next bottle. on july 25 i still had not received any product. i called just a bit ago and found out that that $19.99 charge, since i had agreed to stay with them, WAS FOR THE FREE TRIAL BOTTLE! i first asked for a refund and to cancel. they would not refund that charge for anything! transferred to a supervisor and when i asked to speak to her boss she told she was the last person for me to talk to. we went back nd forth for a while. did not get a refund and i hope that my order was cancelled.

Dr Phil and Dr OZ CBD Product FREE TRIAL - This is a totally fake claim. The doctors do not endorse the product nor own the product line. You get a free trial and you pay for shipping so they have your credit card. Then they tell you the product is not free when you try to cancel. You don’t get a full refund even if you return the product - you get charged a ‘Restocking fee’. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING at its worst!!!

If you have already used the product, you can still dispute it with the credit card company because it was sold as a Dr Oz product

I sign up for a trail purchase. They then automatically bill my account $89 twice for product I did not receive.

It's a scam and it's a shame that they used Willie Nelson's name to advertise this. Supposed to be free, (too good to be true). I did receive the oil and capsules. Charged $6.84 for the capsules (I did not order) and $6.82 shipping for the oil 6-23-20. Then i was charged $89.81 and $89.83 for the FREE products on 7-13-20. If it seems too good to be true, then it is. I called them and there was no answer. On hold for a very looooong time.

Sonoma CBD Oils offers a free sample with no strings attached to try their product. I have seen several complaints now having the same issue that I had. I called them before I ordered the free trial and they told me there was no auto enrollment and I was not told I was evaluating the product and had to report within 14 days. I was charged 89.84 without my authorization. I called to try to get it resolved but they would not help me. Then I got an email cancelling my subscription interestingly enough since I didn't sign up for one. They keep responding to the compaints here on the ScamPulse.com site about their policy which is clearly not being communicated since there are over 35 complaints.

I order a bottle of capsules, also a bottle oil, which was 13. 78, have received neither one. I do not want them charging my card with anything else. In Fact I would like my money put back on my card. I will be calling my bank Monday!

On 6/24/2020, I ordered the free bottle of Sonoma ValleyHealth CBD Oil drops with S & H Fee of $6.84. I never received the order for 30 CBD capsules with S&H of $6.82. I received an email from my credit card company that this company tried to bill me $89.84 on 7/11/2020 from my credit card company that they denied this payment. I read everything very carefully and never saw anything about a subscription! I don't want to deal with this company any longer. This is a scam!

I ordered the promotion trial three weeks ago and paid $13.00 for drops and pills. Today my bank called and said they charged me $180 for products I did not order. As a matter of fact, I never even received a confirmation order email from this company and I've searched everywhere. Only thing that showed up was charged on bank account at the time of purchase, nor did I receive any email confirmation stating that a new order 3 weeks later, was coming. Nor did I subscribe to them in any way shape or form. Just read multiple SCAM WARNINGS against them. If I do not receive a refund I will be reporting them to every overwatch agency in the US, as well as TV, Cable News, newspaper editorial pages, senators, congress people, etc.

I ordered 2 sample bottles of CBD 30 Capsules and small bottle Oil to try.The website at the time said for only 6.84 and 6.82 to try. I received them fine but never tried them. A couple of weeks later my credit card was charged 2 transactions from proper nutrition 89.84 and 89.82.

I was avid. I called the bank and they suggested cancelling my card which I did. The bank said they could not do anything because I gave my card number to them and signed up for a trial membership which I did not do I just said I would like to try. Anyway I finally contacted the company Sonoma Valley via e-mail [email protected] and have been going back and forth with them for days. They basically told me the unsealed capsules they can credit my credit card that I cancelled $40.00 and the still sealed oil if I send it back they would send full credit back to my account. Which sounded livable but my credit card was cancelled and they could not credit that card anymore so I told them to please send me a (check). They responded by telling me to contact customer service. When I did via e-mail ([email protected]) they told me that being my credit card was cancelled I would have to have my bank do a 3 way call with me to solve the problem which I am sure the bank would do (NOT). They basically just wanted me to forget about the money they charged me. To be honest I am finished dealing with them at this point and I just want people to know about this company.

Offered a free trial, ended up deducting from my account on 7/6/2020 one charge of 89.82 and one charge of 89.84 and claim that they didn't take any money out. I want my money returned to my account.

thgese guys are 100% CRIMINALS - and the banks are part of their criminal enterprise... i also ordered ONE sample bottle of CBD for $6.XX - got 2 bottles and was charged for 2... i shrugged that off... then a few weeks later i was charged 89.82 and 89.84 from 'HighHealthNutralaboil' because they say i signed up for a recurring charge... when i told my credit card compnay (Discover) i NEVER signed up for ANY recurring charges with 'HighHealthNutralaboil', they canceled one of the 89.xx charges but for some unknown reason (because they are in cahoots with these [censored]ing Sonoma Valley criminals?) they said they couldn't cancel the other charge...

i then told Discover i wanted a new credit card with a new number so they could not keep hitting me with these fradulent criminal recurring charges - and the representative sweetly told me that any recurring charges would simply be applied to any new credit card number... WHAT A [censored]ING SCAM! i never signed up for any recurring charges and Discover won't stop the criminal fraudulent recurring charges i never signed up for... so i had to completely CLOSE my Discover account... [censored] Discover - i will never do business with them again... before i closed my Discover account, the Supervisor i had been elevated to said i should call 'HighHealthNutralaboil' and ask them to reverse the charges... i said they are obviously criminals and i'm not going to have anything to do with them...

but after i closed my Discover account i called 'HighHealthNutralaboil' to see what they would say - and they did exactly what i knew they would do... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR THIS 89.XX RECURRING CHARGE - and they said they would be happy to refund me $70... and then they would have likely charged my credit card another 89.xx next month, or perhaps 389.xx next month since they know all they have to do is say i signed up for a recurring charge and Discover will keep charging me no matter what i say or do (while Discover continues to skim their percentage of the recurring SCAM) - short of completely canceling my entire Discover account...

I think you made a mistake with Discovercard. I ordered the "sample" pack
We went out of town before it was delivered. While on vacation I got a notice of a Potenial Fradulant on my Discovercard. I started checking and it turnout to Sonoma Valley $89. I reported it to Discovercard as a fradulant charge, because I did not agree to additional orders. I contacted Sonoma Valley and told them and Cancel future deliveries and refund my money. Then I called Discovercard and thanked them for alerting me. Problem resolved. I think you may have been your own worst enemy!

The CBD oil and capsules do not work, and it is way to expensive $89.00 for each. I called on 5/28/20 to cancel and return the product. I was told they would refund my credit card for $70.00 dollars, and when they received the The returned items I would be refunded an other $70.00. I was told today I would get a call back from the supervisor regarding the check. I doubt it. If I don’t hear back I am going to keep call until they refund the money. Maybe Face Book should censor false advertisement. I got charged $276.00 before I noticed.

I foolishly bit on a free offer by Sonoma Valley of bottles of cbd oil and pills, one of each, a couple of weeks ago. I looked for a followup email but didn't get anything. But today, a Sunday, I spotted two $89. 80 charges on my account by Dreamstarnut for two more shipments I didn't order. I wasn't impressed by the products, and I didn't expect or want to get whacked with no notice. I just called them and they offered to drop half the charges. I said that's not good enough. They already have a bad reputation. So, I'm calling the bank and hoping to get the charges cancelled. Look out for these guys.

I wonder if the actors who have approved your CBD oil IN YOUR fACEBOOK ADVERTISMENT,know that anyone who purchases the free sample for $6.84
will be scammed out of $89.00 by your foreign (chinese) reps with no chance of getting a refund at all. You are running a pretty good scam you S.O.B's...

I also ordered the CBD capsules and oil on Facebook. It said it was a free trial and I would just need to pay S/H. Was charged $6.82 & $6.84 for S/H, even though they both arrived in the same box. Then 5 days later I have a charge of $89.92. I called the toll free number on the bottle, 855-334-7948 but just get a recording to leave your name and phone number and they will call back. GUESS WHAT? No return call. Will try their email listed on the bottle for customer support. SCAM!

I ordered free trial, paid $6.82 & $6.84. I was later charged $89.84 & $89.82 without any notification or agreement. When I contacted them, they offered $40.00, then $120, but claimed they could not refund the full amount.

I will be sending an email to them and to paypal and my bank to have charges removed. Plus, the product does not work as claimed.

I am doing a complete investigation as to addresses, ownership, etc.

If anyone knows anything, please share it.

I ordered only "one" of their cbd "samples".

The order was placed almos one month ago but was actually delivered on 19 June 2020. Immediately following that, a outrageous charge was applied to my bank card.

When I called, someone in the Philippines responded with the excuse that I should have read the fine print, so they can charge renewals. Renewals for what? I do not know.

The person just cancelled the so called account but stated I would not be able to return it or receive a refund.
