Hi, back on May 21st, I ordered a portable A/C unit from www.Sonpear.top which they said would take about a month for me to receive since it was being sent from overseas even though they have a U.S. address listed on their site. On June 18th, I received my package and instead of the portable A/C unit that I ordered, I got a ziplock bag with 5 face masks in it. I contacted the company back on that same day and advised them that they had sent me the wrong item which they apologized for and advised they could either send the original item out or I could get a refund. I elected for a refund but they wanted to negotiate the amount of the refund since they weren't getting their face masks back. Beyond ridiculous that I had to negotiate for a refund for an item that I never received but I agreed to a 75% refund for my order back on June 22nd. It has been an entire month now and I still have not received my refund. When I try to contact them over email their reply is that the bank just needs more time to process it and tells me to wait, and I can't call them because the number listed on their website is out of service. The website itself looks nice but don't let that fool you, this business is 100% scamming people and they won't even reply to my emails at this point.
