Type of a scam Online Purchase
The purchase was done through the mentioned website and payment was processed by PayPal. I contacted paypal as in their invoice, the seller appears as a person's name: DANG VAN THUAT but with a different website: www.truffleshuffle.shop and a different email [email protected]. They have disregarded my dispute and I have appealed their decision but they won't help me at all. I have asked my credit card company to look into it too. I contacted the seller to the email I was sent for confirmation as it says it is also support for customer care but they never answered. I have contacted them that way three times so far. I also filled their contact page through a form twice and I have not heard back. The tracking number they provided also does not go anywhere. It was supposed to be UPS but it has extra numbers and it does not work, and neither works with USPS nor FedEx.
Stay away from these sites and do not buy from them as it is a scam big time.
