Was looking on the web to find a heated jacket for my boyfriends birthday present. Got a confirmation number that it was sent. Then got a notification that it was delivered. I checked the mail, no package. Contacted the seller 2 times, with no response. Then filed a complaint with PayPal about her. They denied our claim, stating that it was delivered when it was not. Contacted the post office, they stated it went to another address in a different state. Needles to say we got scammed for a lot of money. I do not trust paypal or this lady
