The product has never been delivered but Soolinen insists the attempt was made, but "Your package has been delivered to your address, but the post office says delivery failed. The recipient needs to contact the local post office and request them to deliver again. Alternatively, you can go to the post office to collect your package by yourself. We receive lots of packages by USPS, FedEx & UPS, so this is clearly a specious excuse.
