The Propane tank I ordered was never delivered I wonder about 17 track because the seller does not have a way of being contacted it says servicevip09@outlook it just blips on the screen of my phone and does not go to mail.

The 17 track tracking is fine but it says they delivered and they never did I have not received my propane tank it never showed up though Shop and 17 track said it did tried to contact 17 track customer service and got a person that only speaks Chinese then a automated voice saying for English press 8 then it went back to a person speaking Chinese and then beeped and hung up on me.

I would love help with this one but there is nothing you can do unless your Chinese I guess
