Sooner Partners Debt Consolidation sent consumer a promotional packet in the mail with his contact information and vague details about his accounts, indicating that they could offer him debt consolidation assistance. Consumer called and verified his number, talked to them a bit about their services but indicated it sounded too good to be true and wanted to verify legitimacy. Google search of details provided pulled up scam review sites.
