Soothe Rings Reports & Reviews (5)

Do not purchase from Soothe Ring! This ring looks like it came out of quarter machine from pizza hut in the 90’s. I paid $30 to remind me of the disappointment i felt as a child who wished i would’ve played candy crane instead, at least i would’ve walked away with a tootsie roll.

Total scam. I had my delivery address wrong, asked them less than 12 hours later (before they even shipped my order) to please update my shipping address. I had to email them THREE times and they finally responded with “your order is marked as delivered”. I have emailed them twice so far asking for a redelivery or a refund…still no answer. Then, they had the audacity to ask for a review and i was ready to write a scathing one…turns out, when I clicked on the “write a review” button, it says “you are not allowed to write a review”. Total scam.

I ordered two fidget rings. One didn’t spin! And the other was not the size I ordered. I emailed to ask for a return or for them to fix the order as they instruct. They supposedly referred me to a different area but I’ve never heard back. This was months ago, so they’ve had plenty of time to respond and make it right.

This “company” is using faulty practices to bait and hook customers with lies, promising easy returns, and then refusing them for invalid reasons. Do not purchase from this company. They will steal your money.

I bought a ring from them. I checked their refund policy before purchasing to confirm I could return in case of anything. I paid for shipping. Once I got the item, it was low quality and not very functional so I decided to return it.
The only way to return is by emailing the company, so I did. They said it’s not possible to return due to various reasons that are lies: that it was a “limited time promotion item” which it wasn’t, that they paid for shipping which they didn’t. And it did not say anything about these things in their return policy either. After this, they have ignored all my emails since.
I researched customer reviews and saw that the few reviews this business has are all complaining of similar experiences- of a missing item, of refusing exchanges, of ignoring emails, if never getting the items at all and refusing refunds, of claiming they use gold & silver which is a lie, and of horrible quality overall.
I’m 99% sure the “reviews” on their website are fake. The reviews sound suspiciously similar and there has been no way for me to leave a review once I got the item.

I tried returning the ring I bought because I was unsatisfied with the products low quality. I emailed the company to request a return as that is suspiciously the only way to do it. They emailed back saying it’s not possible to return due to various reasons that are lies: that it was a “limited time promotion item” which it wasn’t, that they paid for shipping which they didn’t. I paid $5 for shipping. And it did not say anything about these things in their return policy either. After this, they have ignored all my emails since.
I researched customer reviews and saw that the few reviews this business has are all complaining of similar experiences- of a missing item, of refusing exchanges, of never getting the items at all, refusing refunds, of claiming they use gold & silver which is a lie, of horrible quality overall. And without fail, of ignoring emails.
I’m pretty sure everything they say on their website is fake. The “reviews” on the website are. They look constructed and similar, and there has been no way for me to leave a review once I got the item.
Soothe Rings is a scam- fraudulent company

Hello, I would like to put in an official complaint because I believe this business is a scam. Date of transaction: March 30th 2022 Price: $24.84 Order number: **** I purchased a Daisy Anxiety Ring. The website states "Plated with 24k gold" which was false because I tested the ring with a gold meter and it came back to not be gold. Plus the gold plated washed off after washing my hands twice. The website also stated it was sterling silver, which it was not. And after two months and wearing my ring for a total of probably 5 times the flower spinning part broke off. I first contacted the company's email in which there was no response. Then I tried to leave a review about my purchase which I was not allowed. I then contacted their facebook page and left a comment on one of their posts and I was quickly blocked. I would like a response or refund from the owners. But I also would like for them to be looked into because I dont want another buyer like myself to be fooled into buying something that has been falsely advertised and breaks after 5 wears. Thank you for listening to my concerns and hope to hear from you soon.
