I bought a ring from them. I checked their refund policy before purchasing to confirm I could return in case of anything. I paid for shipping. Once I got the item, it was low quality and not very functional so I decided to return it.
The only way to return is by emailing the company, so I did. They said it’s not possible to return due to various reasons that are lies: that it was a “limited time promotion item” which it wasn’t, that they paid for shipping which they didn’t. And it did not say anything about these things in their return policy either. After this, they have ignored all my emails since.
I researched customer reviews and saw that the few reviews this business has are all complaining of similar experiences- of a missing item, of refusing exchanges, of ignoring emails, if never getting the items at all and refusing refunds, of claiming they use gold & silver which is a lie, and of horrible quality overall.
I’m 99% sure the “reviews” on their website are fake. The reviews sound suspiciously similar and there has been no way for me to leave a review once I got the item.
They are using faulty practices to bait and hook customers with lies, promising easy returns, and then refusing them for invalid reasons. They are stealing our money.
I tried returning the ring I bought because I was unsatisfied with the products low quality. I emailed the company to request a return as that is suspiciously the only way to do it. They emailed back saying it’s not possible to return due to various reasons that are lies: that it was a “limited time promotion item” which it wasn’t, that they paid for shipping which they didn’t. I paid $5 for shipping. And it did not say anything about these things in their return policy either. After this, they have ignored all my emails since.
I researched customer reviews and saw that the few reviews this business has are all complaining of similar experiences- of a missing item, of refusing exchanges, of never getting the items at all, refusing refunds, of claiming they use gold & silver which is a lie, of horrible quality overall. And without fail, of ignoring emails.
I’m pretty sure everything they say on their website is fake. The “reviews” on the website are. They look constructed and similar, and there has been no way for me to leave a review once I got the item.
