Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The manual has no reference to Soothely. It contains an extremely odd manual and language within it. Example: "People not sensitive to heat should use it carefully." I have not refunded it because I believe this product needs be scanned; if someone within the ScamPulse.com does this, I'm happy to provide it. If it needs to go elsewhere, I can send it.
While I am not active duty, my work is ********** ** *******. The website shows an American flag with the statement "fast domestic shipping." See product image; the box states "MADE IN CHINA" and took a month to get here. There is absolutely nothing on the delivered product nor documentation that includes a brand.
