Ordered from website . No confirmation received of purchase. No item received, no email of order tracking received as described in website. Company listed in Nevada, credit card billed to California on day of purchase which was 9/10/24. Tonight shows company in Utah, further investigation show country Morocco. Called 3xs , call disconnected each time. 4th call automatically refers you to soothinghomes.com. I emailed 3 times no response. Scam?
