I ordered 1 pair of compression socks at a discount, they sent me a confirmation for 1+4 pairs at a regular price. They already charged my credit card. What do you think I should do?

I ordered 3 compresion socks ONLY, but and additional 4 socks were added to the order when I received the order confirmation. I immediately cancelled the order within 15 minutes of placing the order by replying their support email where it stated that an order can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing an order. I replied to three different emails from them trying to sell me other products that I cancelled my order. Two days later (12:01 AM Oct 9th) they sent an email stating that the order was shipped and that they couldnt cancel my order and that it would take 20 days to get the uncancelled order. There is no phone number to call or anything. If this is not a scam then they are atleast deceitful and should stop these practices.

7-14 day return and they will not respond. Ordered a men's size large sock (9.5-15 shoe sizes) I wear a 13 reg. width shoe and the socks would not even fit my wife a size 9 ladies.
