Order my items in April got an email that said my items were delivered but they were not. I sent an email for a refund and after continuously going back and forth they decided to give a full refund. 2 months later I still have not received my refund. I have plenty of emails from this company

I never received my order after 2 months of waiting. I contacted them and they informed me that my address was the problem. I requested a refund. First they said they couldn’t do a refund due to the company’s loss of profits. After I kept insisting on a refund of my money then they said they could only refund 60%, then it went up to 90%, then finally 100%. But I never got any refund. I have copies of all email correspondence.

On April 26,2024, "Sophomost" posed as "Swank A Posh" via Facebook allowed me to place an order under the assumption they were "Swank A Posh". After placing my order for $50.38 with a debit card. The amount was deducted by a vendor by the name of "Yakl Bariice London" , they sent a confirmation email on April 27, 2024 at 6:10 am saying my order is on the way. On May 27, 2024 it said the package was delivered. Since then they just keep sending the same generic response to check with neighbors and surrounding area. The tracking information has since been removed and they will not respond with a sensible reply when asked for a refund.

Ordered 4/29/2024

Sent order tracking and on 6/7 it says it was delivered but it was not. I have sent numerous emails (no telephone number available) letting them know I never received my order. I received 1 response asking additional questions and then never heard from the again. I would like a full refund immediately

I was targeted by an online IG using images from the real Swankaposh website for a 1-day only $5 sale. I made a purchase for $28.92 and was charged by an unknown name in London according to the description. I have shopped with this local MI retailer before online and was immediately panicked.

I cancelled my debit card, removed International charges from being approved on my bank account and emailed the email address to cancel the order.
