Was on instagram, saw that a well known clothing company was having a sale. Decided to purchase a few items, everything came up to about $48. The instagram page looked legit, had the same logo and everything. Once I submitted the order and checked my email for confirmation, is when I noticed the email was not the correct email of the company. I placed the order on 4/27/2024 and when I realized it wasn’t legit I immediately sent over an email asking for them to cancel my order @10:45.pm. They responded to the email April 28, 2024 @9:09am asking my reason for canceling and after that they next few email exchanges was them trying to get me to reconsider canceling. Until finally they agreed on a refund that I have yet to get and here it is June 15. I have all email correspondence as well.
