After ordering 2 items from Sopula.com, one was an imitation of the brand "Hellstar," so and the shorts looked nothing like the ones I ordered. I followed their returns instructions, taking photos of the green camo mesh shorts online I had ordered compared to the tan, screen printed tree limbs on polyester I received and emailing the order details/issue to [email protected]. They replied and said the return would need approved and to "email back in 5-7 days". I emailed back that I would like to return the shorts, and they offered to give me a $10 discount instead because "freight shipping will be $10" and is the buyer responsibility. Their site says shipping is the buyer's responsibility if they just don't like/aren't satisfied with the item. I paid for/received shorts that look nothing like what they advertised. I looked on Trustpilot, and they do this to everyone that falls for their scam. The make you keep emailing and won't do a return. The items are poor quality, fake, and falsely advertised.

I ordered a hoodie on Nov 23, 2023 for $40 and was charged $8.99 for shipping. Its exactly one month and i have not received my hoodie or have a updated shipment track. I contacted them a few time for a refund and they said they will charge me an additional 15% for canceling. They refuse to refund and threatened to recharge my account if I continue to cancel order. They have all my personal information and bank information.
