Proposal :
Upon review of bank statements , was advised that my business qualified for $300K Line of credit. However , will need to pay a fee of $18K upfront. I declined.
Another proposal/option: I would go through a performance plan through them and sister companies , Turbo Capital and Cycle Holdings by applying for Merchant Cash Advance with Turbo Capital, and once the fund(s) is received, I then pay the merchant cash advance in full plus fee and interest . The fee will be much smaller and will save me about $6000.
The same day, Jordan Williams from Soror Capital sent the agreement for both the (MCA) advance and Line of Credit. The agreement/contracts was from Soror Capital for the Line of credit and Turbo Capital for the MCA advance approved for $20K- which as explained to me by Jordan Williams are both their sister companies.
I received $14K Net on MCA loan and had paid off the MCA loan through Turbo Capital. A total of $31,000 was paid , To date , I am unable to access the line of credit through Cycle Holdings. My access through the portal has been deactivated after the payoff and could not get hold of Jordan Williams at Soror .I lost $16k on this scam .
I have now filed a police report, complaints with CFPB, FTC , NY , FL , DE attorney general. I am also now in contact with FBI.
