I was on line and found an ad saying to try this FREE PRODUCT I gave my information but it came back that it would not take my info, later on I had to pay shipping of a product that I was unaware that I had received. Sorrento face cream. It was suppose to be a free trial offer! I did not enter into any agreement nor gave them permission to continue sending this product. but month after month I got this face cream in the mail by the third month I started to send the product back writing for them to stop this order on the UN-opened box. by the forth month I noticed another $130.00 missing from my account so I called the bank to find out where this $130.00 a month was going to? The bank gave me this information and I called them and they refuse to send me 100% of my money back they only want to send 50% of it back. I still have not received the money back but the product is suppose to be cancelled. Don't even fill out surveys people they are all con's and will put you on mailing orders to receive products and wont take you off but will keep your money
