I paid in 4 installments through the website 'Afterpay'.
When I placed the order, I was never given an order number or confirmation from the website. When I finished all 4 payments for the order, I was never issued a tracking number. The company never communicated anything to me. I tried calling them on the phone multiple times but their mailbox is full. I tried reaching them by email but they never replied. I recently created an Instagram profile so I could reach out to them on there.
The only evidence I have of placing that order is through afterpay, which issued me an order number, but they do not have power to make the company send me what I paid for. I paid $208.12CAD and I either want my package mailed to me asap, or I want a full refund back from this fraudulent fake company 'sorella.'
