I purchased a product online from sothinapp I purchased the product 11-28-2020 I paid 79.96 with 9.99 express shipping with the total cost being 89.95 they told me 3 to 5 business days I waited until then and never received a tracking number or an e-mail when it was supposed to be shipped so I sent them an e-mail on 12-4-2020 they replied back and said it will be 6 to 10 business days before they were going to ship my product and again I waited then I sent them another message asking when I was supposed to receive my product they never sent me a message back and so far it is 12-25-2020 and I never seen my product
