I ordered a personalized key chain for my boyfriend with his deceased father's photo on it. It has been over a month and they took my money. I have not received my product, the tracking info has random dates that are weeks ahead of time and make no sense, and they do not answer my calls, and only send me the same automated email basically saying tuff luck. I am beyond angry, and want them to pay. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SOUFEEL IS A SCAM/FRAUD!!!!!!
the phone number service is a joke. automated of course. the email system is 100% lies. I was told that my order would arrive within 4-5 business days multiple times. now after close to a month and a half the website has now become "unsecured" and the only way to access the website is to say that you understand what that means and it is ok. pretty much stating that someone is on the other side waiting to take all of your information and use for themselves. I have now been in contact with my bank and are taking the correct steps to bring this to the light. After this last time of a fake email response I decided to look online at what others have said. Pretty much everyone has said the same, SOUFEEL waits until people who ordered forget that they even ordered anything and then take the money and run. my order was close to $200 in the middle/early week of december. we are now on the last week of January. I lost $170. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I have attempted to track my order and it shows no order has been made with my e-mail. My e-mail is how they have sent me the order #. When I enter order number to cancel the order it says no order with that number. When I ask they say it will be done in 2-3 days. That has passed a couple times. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered jewelry online from their website. I was charged twice. Been trying to contact them via phone and email. Have not been able to reach them for a refund. I was scammed because I shouldn’t been dented twice.

on saturday. Never got a email even involving the email and its been five days now. I don't know the order number because like stated I never got anything. It costed me 35$ on the nail due to the price itself plus express shipping. There is literally no way to get help. I've made tickets and never any response, and live chat is always offline when I look.
From the looks in online reviews I am not the only one who has had problems with them.
