Was scammed out $59.97 from this company I trusted them since they had a ad on Facebook. Kept saying they had sent the item and gave me a tracking number that said it was in shipment and arrived in California. Have not been able to get any other info and now the tracking number isnt any good. I pay thru pay pal and got no response from them. I have learn my lesson and not order anything from face book ads and from a chines address.

I ordered 16 of the garden solar lily lights (8 white and 8 blue) it took 4 months before receiving product and I only got 1/4 of my order ( 2 white lilies and 2 blue). I emailed the company many times and even sent them a copy of my invoice. The representative told me that was all that I ordered was 4, you can clearly see i ordered 16! Total scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two Bird Bath Fountains on May 3 (#47543). Tracking indicates it was sent to a location in Pennsylvania - I live in Alaska. Now we are going back and forth confirming address, confirming order, etc. All delay tactics. I believe I was scammed.

I also have ordered 2 of the Bionic Birdbath Fountains - Solar powered for $39.98 in early May 2020. I have received email with bogus tracking number, and you have to download the system to track it. It also stated it might be late due to COVID 19. I tried reaching customer service, with no avail. I have heard nothing since. These were to be Mother's Day gifts...that obviously didn't happen. My Invoice number is 49215 with free shipping. Disappointed this is a scam. Loss of money, information and no present.

I ordered a solar garden fountain from Soulate in May of this year and as yet I have not received it.
Their email address they provide doesn't work, and the tracking number they
send me doesn't come up. This is a complete scam.
I believe Soulate was under "Trending Deals" which was a pop-up on my iPad.
Beware...my suggestion is do not order anything from "Trending Deals."

I ordered the birdbath fountain from a Facebook ad on 5/15/20. Still haven't rec'd the product. I have received emails from two different emails stating product has shipped. When I select the tracking site on their email, there is no such tracking number found. I have filed complaints thru Paypal and today selected to try to let them resolve it. We will see what happens. I am sure it is a scam and am thankful my item was only $24.98. But, I still want my refund. When you look up Jiadi Co. LTD, which is where my payment went, it is some type of site for autos. Shame on me for ordering something from a Facebook ad. Never again!

Ordered on 5/2/2020 - shame on me for not reading up on the company first. Ordered solar flowers $180.00 worth. Received email in less than 2 weeks that they shipped. Still haven't arrived its 6/23/20. Opened a dispute with paypal. Every,time I emailed them they gave me a different tracking number, none of which were coming to me. Refused to send refund, saying shipped.

I also seemed to be scammed after ordering a bird bath fountain and the flower set. I was concerned from the start when no communication came after I placed the order and paid via PayPal. I notified PayPal about my concern and finally heard from the company that the products would ship soon... I ordered the products on April 30th 2020 and FINALLY received them June 15th 2020. Guess I'm just glad something arrived! Will not order or shop anything from FaceBook ever again!

I ordered the solar birdbath from a link on facebook on April 27, 2020. Today is June 10, 2020, and I still have not received the merchandise - $39.98 for the bargain of purchasing two of them! They are not answering emails from me either. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SOULATE.COM! THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY IN THE BUSINESS OF FRAUD!

I ordered a birdbath fountain in mid April. After repeated email communication with their “support” team, I still do not have my order.
They continue to reply with an obvious standard email containing a bogus tracking number. I have told them the number does not work, to which they apologize and give THE SAME tracking number for me to track it’s progress. I have now demanded a REFUND of my money 3 times.
Their response is that the delivery cannot be cancelled, as it is “on its way”... It’s been 2 months since I ordered.
They deducted my funds from my account immediately (rather than after delivery as promised) and I am STILL WAITING!
THIS IS A SCAM!

Soulate doesnt exist anymore. Apparently they are operating under the name of Buyrux now. My $60.00 was taken out at an ATM machine. I have had the exact experience as everyone else. This company is not a company, is fraudulently run by who knows who and apparently changes identities when things. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Same as many already reported. I ordered the 3 leaf garage light on April 6. Early May I contacted them through the email address 24hourconsultation.com. They replied with some garbage about delays in shipping and expediting my order. Late May still no light, another email to them, another garbage reply about expediting my order. I have been scammed. Don't order from these pieces of garbage.
