This was the absolute WORST experience. I saw that the items run small, so I ordered the next size up. All the shirts were labeled as ordered, but 5 of them were the exact same size physically. My son who wears XL ended up with the 5X shirts and the rest of the items (3X and 4X) only fit my niece who wears Medium/Large
Asked for a refund and was offered $15. Triwd to egotiate and asked for $50 and was offered $20. The language barrier is extremely difficult, and after 7 or so emails, I'm just done with it all. They wanted photos of the items, and then said I took the photos off the website. They recommended I keep the items because of the cost of return shipping, but don't understand that a $15 refund on a $150+ order is not acceptable.
The items took 2 months to arrive, with no status updates provided during that time. I now have 5 useless shirts that will either go to Goodwill, or I will gift to someone 3 sizes smaller than the tag sizes listed. DO NOT ORDER FROM SOULMIA!

I initially saw the ads for Soulmia clothing on Facebook, and decided to go to their actual website to purchase some items. I purchased $50 in clothing items back in February. After a couple of weeks had passed I decided to check for a tracking number and see where the package was. The website provides you with a fake tracking number that looks legitimate, but does not say which mail carrier or company is doing the sending. My order also showed "will ship" every single time I checked. So no order or product was ever actually sent. At first I reached out to their customer service with my questions & received nothing but an automated email in return. My order continued to show "will ship" and after checking their Facebook page I noticed several recent comments where other customers had the exact same experience. They were charged, but never received their items, and got no help from customer service as well as no return for their money. I have sent several emails and still have not gotten a return, only more automated messages claiming my order is still "on the way" even though it has been a month now, and the fake tracking number still shows "will ship". Also I noticed that the recent negative comments warning other potential buyers about their scam on the soulmia Facebook page were taken down or hidden, including mine. It shows on their ads that there are comments but will not let you read them. I can only guess that this is because they don't want potential buyers warned away with the truth that they are stealing money since they never actually send you the product you purchased.
