I received a bill from a debt collector, (Online Information Services in NC) saying I owed fees to Sound Physicians E M Greater Memphis. I made a few phone calls and finally talked to a lady that could not tell me any information about the account. She transferred me to another woman that said they had sent bills to me 3 times, but I never received a bill from them. I asked her to give me the information on the date of service, the initial amount, the discounted amount. She quoted all the wrong numbers to me. She couldn’t match any information. I will report this to my insurance company and the hospital. It is a scam operation with both places.
