I keep receiving phone calls that come up as “scam risk” so I don’t answer. The voicemail is automated addresses me by first name only and says it’s on behalf of Sound Physicians emergency medicine. I have never heard of this company, we have had ER visits lately but I get the statements from my insurance saying it has been paid and taken care of. They also give an account reference number, when I look up this company and try to enter that number, nothing comes up. It says they have been unsuccessful in reaching me by correspondence because they don’t have my correct mailing address and tells me to call them to make payment. I have not tried to call, I don’t trust this at all.
