In response to SFM
I made the mistake about attributing my 1 month success to sourceforce militia's training that I've been in 2 weeks. The rapid increase of my closing abilities simply came from an increase in leads I had for that my month and since then I actually had a decline in my closing abilities.
Also it should be noted that this company requires you to post glowing reviews for them if you want access to levels you pay for. This explains why they have so many reviews because they are all in hopes for getting to access to job opportunities that do not exist.
See what Garrett presented me here (NOTE THE WEBSITE) and here's direct access to the broken link here. https://sourceforcemilitia.com/closing-opportunities-unrestricted-access

See their communication about having to make up a win in order to have access to levels
Also the company has revoked my access to my materials and the discord group and has failed to give me any formal email response despite having a 10 day timeline.
And it's quite weird that others are speaking on my behalf. If the company wanted to get in touch with me they should have.
And if there were so many winners explain the 60+ screenshots of other sales profesionals warning about Source Force Miltia

Careful! He's rebranding into "Caudullo Ventures" only after a year of opening his LLC. I guess once a felon always a criminal.
I'm not going to blur names in the screenshots because you did not have the decency to do so in your above messages.
Also I didn't lose out on my credit card disputes. I actually won them because it's a fraud of a company.
For anyone else who was victimize by them all the screenshots you need on their shady practices and advertisments are here

The company has several established executives that have been in business for over 30 years with outstanding production records. Such long term success is only attained through honest business practices. See the local San Diego team photo here on the link attached:

What is promised is simply abilities gained that can be used to maximize ones potential in life and business. That is what’s been delivered to the person that wrote this false report and over 125+ other success stories of people proclaiming the transformational abilities gained that are worth over 100x the investment. The individual who wrote this false report actually gave us a wonderful success story after just the initial level by applying the skills to a closing job that she obtained. Such a result is worth more than the investment many times over. Check the screenshot here) (Name blurred for privacy purposes:)

Out of these 125+ success stories only 4 of them are selling our product. All of the others have the opportunity of achieving success on their own or with our help finding a place to work just like the individual writing this false report. The mastermind program allows you access to train with the community that’s at your level and then be checked out by an experienced rep to make sure the data is being implemented properly to achieve the best results. Check the screenshot here to view the different levels based on ability:

We helped this individual writing this false report gain valuable abilities that will last a lifetime as she herself proclaimed. After we helped her get into an interview and hired by a fitness influencer, we received a report from the company that she was inactive and then quit without speaking to them directly. She went on to try and upset the community so she was removed. A refund was not given as we delivered everything that was promised. She filed a dispute on the transactions with her credit card company and she lost due to the fact that we did deliver everything promised and provided screenshots to show her success as a result of it. Check the screenshot of the communication from one of our fulfillment reps and the associate company here regarding this here:

There are winners and there are losers and our winners far outweigh the few losers. Be careful who you listen to.
For anyone seriously interested in gaining abilities to do more than you thought possible, contact the source (the company) regarding your concerns and interest.

Type of a scam Employment
In August Jared Valencia messaged me on facebook messenger in response to me looking for inbound sales opportunities
Inbound Sales is where
The prospect comes to the company by looking for information to solve their problem/need/pain point.
The prospect searches, reads blogs, attends a webinar, schedules a free consultation, etc.
The prospect submits his/her email for a free eBook, an infographic, a tool, etc.
An inbound salesperson might email or call them.
Inbound prospects are typically more aware and engaged to start.
This peaked my interest as I was primarily focused on being placed in this type of opportunity.
Following initial conversation with Jared, I had a zoom video call with Garrett Moore, another representative of Sourceforce Militia LLC to discuss the closing opportunities.
This is where Sourceforce Militia LLC created a bait and switch tactic.
During our conversation we discussed the effectiveness of Sourceforce Militia’s ability to find vetted influencers that were in need of inbound sales specialists.
Garrett verified with me opportunities that were already sourced and founded by Sourceforce Militia LLC
Garrett even went as far as to disclose the potential financial gain I would make from this investment with calculations
This was the basis of my trust and belief in making this purchase decision as it was an investment opportunity.
Before signing, paying, and engaging with Sourceforce Militia I verified one more time how the service charge was broken down
I asked how they got their company partners, if they use online advertisements to get the attention of companies looking to hire sales professionals and again Garrett pointed out their 100% success rate and said that the companies were already in place.
It was not disclosed that the testimonials I viewed , were simply other members selling the Sourceforce Militia job placement model to others
This is the definition of a pyramid scheme.
Also as a part of the agreement I made with Sourceforce Militia I would receive training from experienced sales professionals however, the actual training consisted of practicing with other students who have also paid into the service in their discord server.
If a student should need focused help with an actual experienced sales professional Sourceforce Militia creates an additional charge by the hour to interact with experienced sales professionals. This was misleading to the actual service they provide.
Garrett verified with me of Sourceforce Militia's level base system (levels 0-6). This is system is created to allow prospective students to train and increase their skill set for the single basis that leveling up would guarantee the student placement in a closing opportunity that’s correspondent with their skills
The higher a student goes in the levels, the larger market packages they are allowed to sell with the coaches, services, or influencers Sourceforce Militia LLC have already partnered with.
Originally to access all levels (0-6), one must pay $30,000+ however to my surprise, access to all the levels is not given immediately as one has to complete “ascension calls” in order to access material they have paid for.
The way to access an “ascension call” is by participating in nightly meetings in their corresponding discord server.
However, this agreement with this influencer and Sourceforce Militia LLC does not exist and I was never placed in this opportunity although I paid for this service and went by their guidelines.
Placement may be on a commission-based or full time or part time basis. However, no opportunities Sourceforce militia LLC provided during my tenure were verified with an independent contractor agreement or otherwise.
In reference to being placed in a new opportunity as stated in SourceForce Militia's response, this was an opportunity that potentially existed not set in writing.
I included below the conversation I had with Jules and Gerri who were aware of this and they admitted that the company they were promising me to be placed with was not verified
In response to recruitment accusations, whenever I levelied unresolved complaints by Sourceforce Militia to the other student’s in the group my messages were deleted and subsequently I was removed from the discord server without response from Sourceforce Militia or refund of service I never received.
After Sourceforce Militia decided to remove me from the discord server, I gave them 5 calendar days for a response from them which never came. I emailed them back for a full refund request given that I never was placed in an opportunity or received the information to level 3 which I had paid for as well as access to the discord server.
I requested a refund from Sourceforce Militia due to my unreceived service, screenshot below, and was told I’d receive a response after 7-10 days from the legal team which never came.
As an act of goodwill and in response to my removal and not receiving service I had conversations with other members in the group about their experiences and realized that Sourceforce Militia had taken advantage of unsuspecting members who knew nothing about the inbound sales space.
I don’t own a consulting or closer agency and never received any compensation for any advice I’ve given to other members.
Below are screenshots one can find on facebook about Sourceforce Militia and their reputation. Being that they use high pressure sales tactics, bait and switch, and deceitful business practices it becomes clear to see how the unsuspecting consumer would initially agree to their services.
By engaging with Sourceforce militia as a merchant they have the potential to be high risk as they encourage consumers to over leverage debt to afford their bloated service prices that are backed by unrealistic financial claims/estimates.
