This company should not be confused with Southeastern Site Development, the construction company! They do not sell household items, they do construction. If you google Southeastern Site, the construction company comes up first. This is NOT the same. Several people have left negative reviews for them thinking it was this scam company.

Southeastern.Site, the store, is a scam. They show you items marked down for cheap, but when you purchase the item, they either send you an incorrect item and want you to pay them to return it, or they send nothing. There is no customer service phone line, only an email address that is not valid, and they usually won't refund your money no matter how many times you contact them, despite their "100% satisfactory customer satisfaction" guarantee. There are numerous typos on their website, and their FAQ pages (there are several to choose from, and it differs based on which item listing you look at) lead to defunct sites or a site that has no owner.
