I placed an order with Southern Bound Babes on August 23, 2019. I bought my 2 year old daughter a sweater and jeans totaling $70.00. I have sent 5 emails, 2 Facebook messages, and 2 Facebook posts and not one reply. Every time I post on Facebook they delete it so I know they're seeing them. I just want a refund but they're refusing to make contact. I now know this has happened numerous times to other consumers and I think this is ridiculous the company hasn't been shut down!
