Company scams employees by promising flexible hours, high pay, and substantial growth opportunities as well as not communicating several aspects of employment until after the employee receives his/her first paycheck. The most deceiving aspect of employment with this company is regarding the pay. In interviews with potential employees, the employer explains the hourly pay (of 10-15 dollars an hour) and commission on sales (of 120 dollars per sale). After an employee receives his/her first check and realizes it is far below the expected amount, the employer explains that commission is received only for sales exceeding the minimum sale requirement of 4 products (something that was not mentioned prior to this conversation). In addition to this new information, the employer also informs the employee that products that were returned ("cancelled") do not count towards the employees commission, also never mentioned prior. In addition to that, customers who claim to not have known about custom installation fees do not pay the fees but it is subtracted from the employees paycheck. In addition to none of this being told to employees prior to this, there is no way to verify that products are actually returned or required custom installation.

Employees began to compare experiences and noticed a pattern of at least 50 percent of their expected missing from every paycheck.

An employee of the company began recording contact information for customers and following up with them. This employee found that none of his customers returned the product yet he was paid as though several of them had.

This company entices potential employees with high quality promises and then not only fails to meet them, but literally steals money from their paychecks.

This company does not allow work breaks, does not pay overtime hours, and promises to pay for cell phone usage and mileage reimbursement- yet does not. This company requires several phone conferences and meetings throughout the week without pay, however if you do not participate you do not get scheduled for work. The schedule is given out that morning or the night before. Employees are losing money by working for this company that promises so much more than a big paycheck.
