I purchased 38 cups from Chelsey, the owner of Southern Grace Wholesale on October 5, 2021. I was given a 4-6 week turn around. Upon multiple attempts at emailing, messaging on Facebook, posting in her Facebook group, and messaging her personal Facebook page, I was ignored. I finally received a response days later indicating I would receive tracking information within the day. I received a bogus tracking number that was never delivered to UPS. I have invested $450 of my hard earned money into her bogus business. She has since blocked me on her group and continues to not answer any communication I make with her. I never received any of the products ordered.
