Like the person above, I thought this was a normal US business because of the name. I bought 3 shirts and I didn’t like them at all when I received them. They were cut like rectangles and the fabric was cheap. I requested to return them and they said they would only refund me if I shipped the product back to them. I said no problem. The shipping address they gave me is in China and it would cost $230 to send back the clothes that were $138. I requested a US address and they said no. They said they can offer me a discount to further purchase and I explained if I didn’t like their clothes, why would I want a discount on them?

I ordered 4 shirts that arrived wrong sizes and did not look like described in photos, I did not know items were shipped from china as the store was "Southern Ivy" described as in the United States south. I contacted them for a refund that is when I found out the company was in Shanghai china, they said I would have to ship back to China to get a full refund. To ship to china my order would cost me $350.00. I was going to ship the the addres on the package that was in the US but when I emailed them they said they cant take refunds there. It is a total scam and I want a full refund on my items purchased.

What did you do? I had the same problem and they said I had to return items to China and pay the shipping, which is $100 more than my purchase ($138). Did you have any luck?
