Southern Shutter Photography which use to be named Capture931 photography advertised photography sessions which we made an appointment with the photographer paid the money in full plus a tip. The day of the appointment we arrive at the location and she was not there. We tried contacting her multiple times in which she did not respond. She did not respond until the next day. We asked a homeowner on the road that the session was suppose to be on and she said that she had encountered multiple people stopping and asking about the same photographer in which she had never seen sessions being done on this road. My mother and father had to call their credit card company and have the charge disputed. Within a month I have had multiple people contact me about the same issues with the same photographer which is Amy Isbell.
