I made a purchase from a company that I saw a facebook ad on. The purchase was supposed to be a christmas gift and was ordered on Dec 6th. When it never arrived in time for christmas I emailed the company as there was no phone number listed. They assured me they were "an honest" company and listed how long each step of the order process takes. Now it is Feb. 8th and I still have not received the item.
