Online purchase never delivered. First charged for tracking, then stated I had given wrong address (not true), then said the package had been returned and to check with post office. Not their responsibility. NO REFUND! They do not use traditional shippers,( if they do ship at all)

Ordered hat early December 2023 and card charged immediately. They claimed it was shipped, but it never arrived. When I inquired they claimed it needed more time. They refused when I asked for a refund 12/27/23 and they claimed it was delivered to my post office and they were “already in holiday and couldn’t deliver,”
