Customers from www.southfaces.com have contacted our business, North American Trading Company, Inc., about purchases from this website and stated that the company is using our company's name and contact information on their Paypal account. Therefore all of their unsatisfied customers are contacting us about missing shipments, lost in money, and bad quality products. We have even received returns from customers, that we have shipped back to the customer with a note telling them that we are not affiliated with this company. This company is damaging our company's reputation by using our company's name and information.

Saw ad originally on Facebook, went to their website to order instead. Ordered 3 hats on June 4, and there is still NO carrier info and they do not respond to customer service inquiries. I am now seeing warnings all over to NOT order from them.

Explanation of what happened below.

This company is a scam operation. I ordered a few items as Christmas presents on November 28th 2022 - received the payment confirmation and then nothing for a week or two.

Ordered 3 different sizes in pullovers with Emblems on them.

Like Bomber jackets. Receives 3 polyester pullover no Emblems. All same size. Took 7 weeks because I constantly stayed on them. Check on Tik Tok they are still scamming people
