All the random numbers just showed up when I copied and pasted the message.

Misrepresented as Southwest Air lines when booking a flight. Southwest confirmed company as a scam with exorbitant commission fees. Googled Southwest Teservation and with above 800 # and their invoice implied Southwest Airline. Cheap Travel Group was not stated.

Person called my cell phone and identified themselves as calling on behalf of Southwest Airlines. She said that the company was going to be celebrating a grand opening of a new reservations desk in Las Vegas, and that I would be invited along with a guest. The caller ended each sentence with an "Okay?" which I, in my fatigue, went along with until I realized what she was doing. She promised that each attendee to this "grand opening" would receive two free roundtrip airline tickets on Southwest Airlines, and that her "giftee" manager was standing by to make arrangements for the tickets. I declined and hung up.
