Southwest Credit has been calling me from numerous telephone numbers to affirm that it is me that they are talking to. They claim they have my SSN, Address, Phone Number, DOB, and Full Name and need to just verify the info. before moving forward with the conversation. I have asked what is your company? I have never heard of you. I have no business dealings with a Southwest Credit. They WILL NOT proceed forward until I verify all of this info...I constantly ask why are they calling and what is it in regards to and they rudely and bluntly repeat themselves as they need me to verify all this info first. Then, as a last ditch effort they try to scare me in saying "If someone has all this information about you, don't you think they have a reason to talk to you?"

*After "Googling" the company they MAY have a connection to Comcast who I tried to get TV & Internet service to my house with. The connection could not be made due to a broken line and I called Comcast Customer Service with their contracted technicians standing beside me to confirm a connection could not be made. I returned all equipment on time and got an email confirmation they received all equipment. A customer service rep from Comcast called me weeks later about a bill and I told her the story and while on the phone she said everything has been taken care of and I do not owe Comcast anything. Which I never got to hook up and get service from them anyway. I haven't seen anything from Comcast saying that I owe them anything.
