Second, I get email that my bird is in Iowa airport and my bird is being held by pest control because of lack of insurance and officials won't allow my bird to be shipped because they require a refundable insurance fee of $820. Third, I get email stating that the flight stopped in Chicago and after conducting a series of checks, the pet control team stopped my bird due to insufficient shots and USDA pet permit that states "You have the legal right to import a pet from one state to another", so because the one my bird has is 99 days old it's not accepted it must be no more than 30 days valid, so this email had already attached the permit they made for my bird and I had to make another refundable fee (they provided a 3 choices of permit category for different prices) I chose category C 1 year permit $1,099.00.
So I made all those payments through ZELLE and for each transaction it was made to different representatives and those representatives provided me with their full names and phone number or email address which they are registered with ZELLE.
At the end I never got my bird they stopped responding to my emails and now the seller tells me that his lawyer is dealing with them and I will get my money back.
After all I checked their website and realized that a lot of links don't work it's fake no respond nothing at all.
I'm waiting to see what the sellers lawyer will do within 24 hours, how is he going to return my money back and if not then I will provide his information to.
