Landlords operate off of apartment.com. This property is not properly maintained for any tenant. Lack of air conditioner within any of the rooms. There is trash in the garage that stinks of urine and infestation. Kitchen is inoperable and it's a total of nine people staying at this home paying well over $900/mth. This place is NOT livable at all nor is it secure. Doors are always open to this home and the downstairs garage that smells is left open so the people inside could get some ventilation. There are very few a/c units and can not service nine people. This home needs to be shut down. I have been blocked via phone and all emails are going unanswered. They owe me my deposit and several others. I was paying 1100.00 and the other nine tenants were paying close to 900.00 and have all since moved out in a matter of weeks.
