The company claims to sell paint by number kits. I purchased a few the first week of April to give myself something to do during COVID quarantine. They charged my account and never sent a product. I received an email maybe 2 weeks after purchase asking if I was happy with my purchase. I replied stating I had not received it and asking for a tracking number. They provide fake tracking numbers and half the time their website shows tracking unavailable and to try again later. When I asked the person chatting with me to provide an update, they say they will reach out to their shipping contact and then never get back to you. Once I demanded my money back, the person responded sent me to someone different who says it shipped but the tracking information will not update so we cant send you a refund. They keep blaming COVID for the delay but will not do anything to make it right. It will be 4 months in just 2 weeks.

The company claims to sell paint-by-numbers, however, you will never receive the product. They charge you and then claim that the product is behind in shipping due to COVID while providing fake tracking numbers. Initially, after a month and me filing a claim, they provided tracking numbers only allowing you to "track" on their own website. The tracking numbers showed that the item had not shipped for weeks. Now, they are emailing me again asking me to close my claim and providing me with more tracking numbers that cannot be tracked as they have shut down the tracking feature on their website. It has been almost 3 months and I haven't received anything but bogus tracking information.
