This company is ripping people off in Lexington. Ky. They ticketed 5 cars on 11/30/16 in a one hour time frame in the 1st Presbyterian Church lot on Mill St. 5 people who PAID their machine $4.00 each to park there. All paid by credit card. They ticketed each car $44.00. Their ticket machine was out of paper. So no one could put their little ticket on their dashboard. One guy even wrote a note stating "Your machine is out of paper. I paid, don't ticket me". He got ticketed. CENTRAL PARKING IS A SCAM!!
