I wanted to report fraud on my account. I had an unauthorized debit on my Bank account of $306.90. I noticed it on my bank statement in July 2022. The money was withdrawn July 22, 2022at 4:25 UTC. It was for five Mac covers. I did not order these. My statement showed SP Topshelf Cases. The company sells products for technical products. I do not have an address and phone number.

I contacted my bank immediately and reported it. My bank did an investigation. They refunded the money and then reversed it because of the investigation. They said the merchant gave all the right answers. I don't understand how they could do an investigation. This was supposedly shipped from Santa Maria California. I never received these products. My bank cancelled my debit card and issued me a new one. It also have [email protected] I did not order anything from Shopify either. I don't know how they got my debit card number.
