The website is set up so you can shop for various clothing items. You add it your cart and are able to purchase it just like a normal website. After making my payment I did not receive a email confirmation of my order. So I found that awkward. So I sent an email to the address listed to contact the support team for the company. I got a mail delivery failure notice back stating that the email address could not be found. I then tried to call the number listed and it just rings continuously with no answer. I then used the “contact us” tab on the website to send a message to ask if the order had been received. Someone emailed me back saying the order was being processed. I emailed back saying that I wanted to cancel my order and stated that per the website it states that orders could be cancelled within 24hrs. Which it had been within not even a couple hours of me placing the order. The respondent emailed back asking why I wanted to cancel. I stated that I no longer wanted the product and requested a refund. They emailed back stating that the refund has been initiated on their end. I have checked my credit card statement and I do not see a refund being processed. Only the pending charge from STUCCY LLC for the amount of the purchase I made to buy these products from sp5der.shop.
